“Laserworks is THE place to go if you are serious about getting rid of your hair. The technician, Sunny, is amazing and put me immediately at ease. I originally came because I purchased a coupon on Bloomspot, but after seeing the amazing results, I bought additional packages. Sunny uses a top of the line laser that is safe for darker skin, like mine. In the past, I’d been conned by spas offering “laser hair removal,” who really used an IPL which is not an actual laser. I have brown skin and the IPL left what looked like cigarette burns on my skin. Laser hair removal requires repeat visits and you want to go to someone you feel comfortable with. Sunny makes me actually look forward to hair removal sessions, because she is so warm and friendly. Obviously, laser hair removal is an investment, so do your research in advance to make sure you are getting what you want. If a pretentious spa environment is really important to you, then Laserworks is not going to be the place to go, since it is solely a laser hair removal center. However, if you really want to get rid of your hair, look no further. Sunny knows her service is effective and doesn’t need to attract clients with fluffy robes and free coffee. I wish I had known that IPLs were not real lasers before I bought a package at a spa and endured several painful, ineffective sessions. Sunny’s treatments are safer, less painful, and MUCH more effective. At the end of the day, I’m a lot happier knowing that I’m actually getting rid of my hair. I have a lot of trouble imagining a better place to go.”
