I bought a Groupon and am so glad Laserworks was my first experience. I've never done laser before and I was not sure what to expect but I went to get my chin done with my wedding coming up. Sunny is quick and professional; and like everyone says on the reviews, the machine is relatively painless (it stings just a little but Sunny is patient and careful). This is the last of my 6 sessions and I see results. Yes, it does take a few more sessions for it completely go away (as far as I can tell) but I am happy with the results I've been getting. I wish I had done this sooner. The best thing about Laserworks is that it's meant to be a quick in and out visit, not an over the top, pretentious spa. One last thing-Sunny works super hard so you can pretty much get an appointment morning, lunch, evening, and weekends. If this is your first experience or a continuing one, I highly recommend Sunny!
