From my first phone call, Sunni answered all my queries, was frank about the treatments / results and never pressured me to purchase more services and was even meek about receiving gratuity which I thought was totally well-deserved. I've been very pleased with my services / the results to date and am purchasing more at the discounted rate. If you're looking for a fancy medspa, this isn't it - but Sunni is quick, efficient and uses a proper laser that provides good results.
